I love having all the amenities close by! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are doing things to improve the property. It will be great when the surrounding area is finished being developed.
I am not currently a resident, I am brand new to this whole renting thing. so that being said I also relocated to Texas very recently and this complex has got some great staff! I have had millions of crazy questions via phone and email they are prompt and very helpful! I am going through the application process right now so hopefully this service continues but so far....5 star customer service...which is not something I throw around often being in customer service I tend to hold people to a higher standard as to how customers are treated!! Specifically Hannah has been quick to my emails and very informative! Brittany was also great while doing the walk through with me even when it was completely freezing outside, and also being able to work with my crazy work schedule.
Stay as far away from these crooks as you can. They will charge you for any and everything. If they can't find something, they'll make something up. They will make promises regarding fees then pretend they don't remember. We received our move out statement showing they owed us a refund. 2 months later they said it was a mistake and we owed them. You can't trust anything they say. They never returned one call we placed if it was an issue. Maintenance? Forget about it. We had to track the maintenance guy down ourselves. Very cheap building materials. Also, the pool rules are laughable. They will post notes on every door saying no glass bottles at the pool and then you will watch the staff party with alcohol (in bottles) and smoking all around the pool. Rules are for tenants, not staff. So glad we are gone.
